CossBan's Barcode Inventory System is a software package designed around the use of barcodes that are found on almost every product sold in America today. With this system, you can enter all your inventory items; keep track of your inventory levels while easily scanning the barcodes to "pull" an item from your stock room. And if your item doesn't have a barcode then the system will create a unique barcode which you can print on standard 1" x 2 5/8" mailing labels. The software has emailing capabilities so you can enter your Internet email account so you will receive an email warning when an inventory item reaches its minimum level (also called its "water mark"). You may also create simple purchase orders which you can print and fax or email directly from the system to your vendors. Also, the system will work across file sharing networks so you can install the Inventory Client software (included) so users can "scan/pull" inventory from different computers through out your company. The system also provides several "reports" so you can keep track of your inventory, vendors, levels, user activity, etc.
